Wireless mouse tip

Post by JustaMan on Mon Apr 18, 2011 6:23 am

I found the most wonderful thing this morning. the wireless mouse would hardly move and when it did, it was only one direction - making it useless. After a battery change, the reset hit five time, and a few other useless efforts -- I took a Q-tip and rubbed it over the optical eye on the bottom, which looked clean I will add, but it fixed it. Evidently a fleck of dust or something was on it.

So if your mouse quits working, swipe it with a clean swab.

They have batteries? No thank you. I'll keep dealing with cords that always seem just inches too short.

We only have the wireless for the laptop, cause trying to do everything on that darn little controller square gets one angrier than they need to be. The desktop is corded, and yep I'm always tugging and flipping it to oblivion.
